At Bowtie Nail Box, your happiness is our top priority. We want you to absolutely love your handmade press-on nails, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve got you covered! Please review our policy below for all the details.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.

 

How Long Do I Have to Return?

  • Please submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested after 7 days won’t be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@bowtienailbox.com.
  2. Provide the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable).
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return shipping address.

 

Conditions for Returned Products

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Don’t forget to include any accessories or promotional items that came with your order!

 

Refund Options

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout.
  • Keep in mind, it might take a few days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Who Pays for Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please complete the return process for your original order, and then place a new order for the item you want.
